Licensed Pediatric Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time Licensed Pediatric Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) will provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents remotely, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team while managing a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, establishing strong therapeutic relationships
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and collaborate with other specialty providers

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland
• One year of experience providing individual therapy to children and adolescents
• One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
• Flexibility to work during core after-school hours and weekends
