Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Peer Services to oversee a workforce of peers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of peer duties, providing feedback and support through meetings and check-ins
• Supervise the performance and development of Peer Specialists and Recovery Coaches
• Promote a positive work environment and provide administrative support to the clinical operations team

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field preferred
• Independently licensed as a behavioral health practitioner (e.g., LCSW, LPC)
• Experience in mental health/addiction treatment and managing peer workforce
• Demonstrated expertise in peer support models and recovery coaching
• Supervisory experience in a remote or multi-site setting
