Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader, Performance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and coaching for the management consultation team
• Monitor daily operations and performance of Management Consultants, offering feedback and setting improvement milestones
• Conduct client intake assessments and provide consultative services for workplace issues and EAP resources

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in EAP, Crisis Response Services, or case management
• Licensed Mental Health Clinician at the highest level within the state
• 3-7 years of management or supervisory experience
• Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred
