Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Insurance Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of licensed insurance sales agents
• Drive insurance sales performance and meet team and department goals
• Analyze sales metrics and implement improvement strategies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience
• Minimum of 8 years of insurance sales experience with a track record of success
• Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire
• Life Insurance License (state specific) required within 1 year
