Job Summary
Managing inbound calls regarding insurance policies, the full-time Virtual Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Specialist will assist customers with inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy modifications in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries related to insurance policies and billing, especially during military paydays
- Assist customers with policy endorsements, certificates, binders, and modifications
- Provide exceptional customer service while navigating system tools to find information and solutions
Required qualifications
- Must possess a Producer Personal Lines License and have NPN ready
- Preferred 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability during operating hours is essential
