Licensed Personal Lines Processor

Job Summary

Working fully remote in a full-time capacity, the Licensed Personal Lines Processor will manage client accounts, process policy changes, and ensure compliance with underwriting standards while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and modify existing insurance policies to reflect changes in coverage and handle policy reinstatements
• Communicate with clients and agents to obtain necessary information and inform them of account status or changes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Required qualifications

• Active P&C Licenses for CA, AZ, TX & VA
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in underwriting within the property and casualty insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to adapt to new software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
