Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, focusing on voluntary/worksite products
• Proven track record of achieving sales and retention targets
• Active life and health insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop new business relationships
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
