Job Summary

Passionate about pet health, the full-time Licensed Healthcare Agent will educate pet parents on insurance options, guide them through enrollment, and respond to customer inquiries in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and assess customer needs for pet insurance coverage
• Educate customers on policy details and guide them through the enrollment process
• Meet enrollment targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active General Lines for Property & Casualty Insurance license in home state
• Ability to obtain and maintain non-resident licensure in all 50 U.S. states
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
