Licensed Pharmacist Platform Lead

Job Summary

To support the growth of the MedMonitor platform, the Clinical Platform Capability & Requirements Lead will telecommute full-time, focusing on defining and managing business and functional requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance clinician engagement and operational scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and prioritization of enhancements for the MedMonitor platform to support clinician network growth
• Develop business cases and capability roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare business analysis, product ownership, or clinical operations
