Licensed Pharmacy Fulfillment Director

Job Summary

Leading the future of pharmacy fulfillment operations, the full-time remote Licensed Pharmacy Fulfillment Director will manage the vision, strategy, and delivery of pharmacy fulfillment, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and optimal patient care across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct operational redesign and develop business strategies to enhance service levels and operational efficiencies
• Direct staffing requirements for Patient Services and Specialty Programs by analyzing trends and workflows
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure operational systems support fulfillment operations and continuously evaluate their efficiency

Required qualifications

• B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited school with a current, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist, with 4-5 years' experience in specialty pharmacy preferred
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Managed care and/or PBM experience is preferred
• Commitment to compliance program objectives and cooperative interaction with colleagues
