Licensed Pharmacy Operations Consultant

Job Summary

To support the clinical needs of the Plan Operations team, the remote Plan Operations Pharmacist will provide clinical expertise and recommendations during the implementation phase for new clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and Implementation Managers to offer clinical insights on drug spend, utilization, and formulary compliance
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert, supporting Plan Operations activities and liaising with internal teams
• Analyze data and communicate drug benefit designs while providing clinical market intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Pharmacy, RPh or Pharm D
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any state
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with external clients
• Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
