Licensed Pharmacy Operations Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Licensed Pharmacy Operations Director, this role will manage pharmacy operations expertise, guide product strategy, and support sales initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance pharmacy solutions and optimize purchasing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy operations, purchasing workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with Product Management to translate pharmacy needs into scalable software capabilities and validate solution designs
• Support strategic sales opportunities and advise implementation teams on best practices and operational optimization

Required qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in hospital pharmacy, health system pharmacy, or pharmaceutical distribution
• Formal education in Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline
• Pharmacist designation or pharmacy degree strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmacy supply chain and purchasing concepts, including 340B workflows and inventory control
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into structured software and workflow solutions
