Job Summary

To enhance patient safety and quality care, the full-time Licensed Pharmacy Quality Specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, provide education, and lead programmatic changes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Interacts with third-party payers to ensure adherence to quality measures
• Ensures patient compliance with high-risk medications through various techniques
• Participates in educational efforts and provides presentations on quality and safety initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the relevant state
• Advanced degree (Master of Public Health or equivalent) preferred
• Residency training or three years of pharmacist experience
