Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physical Therapy Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews medical records and physical therapy treatment plans to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Determines medical necessity of physical therapy services and develops action plans for providers
• Liaises with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and promote effective resource use

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred
• Completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) required
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist required
• Eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
