Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of the Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) Care Navigation team, the full-time Licensed Physical Therapy Manager will oversee team performance, workflow execution, and continuous process improvement while collaborating with various departments to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop RTM Care Navigation employees and contractors, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Establish and monitor team responsibilities, quality standards, and operational processes to ensure alignment with RTM program standards
• Track and analyze operational KPIs, productivity, and patient engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient, home-based, orthopedic, or rehabilitation care settings
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in clinical or rehabilitation operations
• Experience managing teams and workflows within a healthcare or clinical operations setting
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, documentation requirements, and compliance standards
• Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards and operational performance metrics
