Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote efficient clinical care of hospitalized patients through review of clinical documentation and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and CMS policies regarding inpatient admissions and hospital stays
• Provide clinical expertise to manage patient populations and length of stay, while meeting performance and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified with a current, unrestricted medical license
• 3+ years of experience in a hospital-based practice setting
• Solid clinical knowledge base and demonstrated computer proficiency
• Ability to work remotely between the hours of 6 pm - 3 am EST, M-F with weekend rotation
