Job Summary

Supporting commercial nuclear projects on a contract basis, the Licensed Pipe Stress Engineer will perform stress analyses, prepare engineering specifications, and lead design engineering efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform stress analyses and prepare piping engineering specifications for power generation facilities
  • Design and analyze modifications to existing power plants and new plant systems
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during project execution
Required qualifications
  • BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
  • 2-5 years of piping/mechanical design experience with a focus on pipe stress analysis in nuclear facilities or similar systems
  • Proficiency in AutoPIPE, GTStrudl, and Mathcad
  • Professional Engineering License preferred
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship
