Licensed PLS Surveyor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PLS Surveyor to supervise a team for complex land surveying assignments and ensure quality control of work products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage recruitment
• Oversee land surveys, manage project priorities, and ensure quality control of survey-related products
• Communicate business goals to the team and manage client expectations regarding land survey procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Licensed PLS in multiple states, preferably including Texas
• 3-5 years of experience in field and office surveying
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, ArcGIS, GPS, total stations, and lidar
• Strong leadership and team development skills
