Licensed Plumbing Designer III

Job Summary

To support large-scale construction projects, the remote Licensed Plumbing Designer III will design plumbing systems, manage project deliverables, and coordinate with engineering teams while utilizing Revit for documentation and layout development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing system layouts, including domestic water, sanitary waste, and gas piping
• Utilize Revit to produce detailed plumbing construction documents and ensure coordination with other disciplines
• Manage design schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to keep projects on track

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in plumbing design for commercial or industrial projects
• Proficiency in Revit for plumbing system design and documentation
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, industry standards, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
