Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Secondary Counselor (US, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual 1:1 teaching and counseling experiences for post-secondary preparation
• Mentor students in exploring various post-secondary options and prepare them for college or career paths
• Utilize college and career readiness tools to guide students and support them through the college application process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3 or more years of experience in Post Secondary Counseling or related fields
• Advanced Degree (MA, MS, MEd, or higher) in a relevant field such as School Counseling or Educational Psychology
• Comprehensive knowledge of the college admissions process and alternative post-secondary options
• Experience with college application platforms such as Common App and others
• Passion for supporting adolescents, especially those with learning disabilities
