Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead College and Post Secondary Counselor for the Mid-Atlantic District (Remote Position).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 counseling and support for students exploring post-secondary options
• Manage annual PSC consultations and oversee outreach materials to engage families
• Coordinate college and career events and maintain a calendar of PSC-related opportunities

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3-5+ years of experience in College and Post-Secondary Counseling or related fields
• Advanced degree (MA, MS, MEd, or higher) in a relevant area
• Preferred licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional School Counselor or College Counseling Certificate
• Expertise in the college admissions process and alternative post-secondary pathways
• Experience supporting neurodivergent students in post-secondary planning
