Key Responsibilities

• Acts as triage for client communications related to psychiatric care and escalates issues as needed
• Participates in treatment team meetings and coordinates medication management
• Oversees the flow of medical information related to psychiatric care and assists with patient-facing tasks

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• 3+ years of experience as an LPN in a behavioral health setting
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults
• Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare delivery
• Proficiency in electronic health records and basic computer skills
