Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing patient support service, the full-time Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator will provide patient assistance over the phone in a remote capacity, managing both inbound and outbound calls to inform patients about clinical research studies and assess their eligibility.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to provide information and determine patient eligibility for clinical research studies
• Document all conversations accurately in the online system while adhering to a structured schedule
• Engage in active listening and follow scripts to assist patients and caregivers effectively

Required qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required; US-based credentials preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment; clinical experience preferred
• Call Center or Telenursing experience is a plus
• Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency is a plus
• High proficiency with online systems and tools, with a quiet professional in-home workspace
