Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time LPN Clinical Coordinator will manage and coordinate medical services for injured workers, collaborating with various stakeholders while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate treatment plans and ensure timely return-to-work outcomes for injured workers
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive quality case management
• Participate in quality assurance processes and identify areas for clinical improvement

Required qualifications:

• Current LPN state licensure in good standing
• At least three years of clinical experience in relevant fields such as Orthopedics or Occupational Health
• Knowledge of injured workers' rights and confidentiality regulations
• Proficient in medical terminology and case management processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent computer proficiency
