Job Summary

To provide high-quality patient care services, the Remote Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor patients' health using technology, engage with patients through various communication methods, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working full-time in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Use technology to remotely monitor patients' health and provide necessary interventions
• Engage with patients via phone, text, or video-call to remind them to record vitals and respond to alerts
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement optimal care and support plans

Required qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid nursing license in the state of practice
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in remote patient monitoring or telehealth
• Comfortable using technology for communication with patients and healthcare providers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong ethics, values, and critical thinking skills
