Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Scheduling Lead - Central - Days.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to scheduling staff while ensuring adherence to processes and prioritizing patient care needs
• Act as a clinical resource for the scheduling team, assisting with problem-solving and workflow guidance
• Manage scheduling tasks, including appointment coordination and patient triage, while maintaining exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Certificate Program Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training required
• 1 year of experience in a clinical setting required
• Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent license required upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire
• Medical Terminology knowledge required upon hire
