Licensed Practical Nurse Trainer

Job Summary

To support the Behavioral Health Integration program, the full-time BHI Coordinator Trainer will manage operational infrastructure, ensure proper onboarding and training of new clinical staff, and serve as the subject matter expert for documentation standards and workflows in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly reviews of BHI Admission Packet consent status and resolve discrepancies in documentation
• Manage scheduling for the BHCM team, including coverage planning and approval of PTO requests
• Develop and deliver training schedules for new hires, ensuring compliance with BHI program standards

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent clinical experience in healthcare or behavioral health
• Strong knowledge of CMS Behavioral Health Integration billing requirements and documentation standards
• Proficiency with Aarista or similar behavioral health EHR systems
• Experience with NP/PMHNP attestation workflows and note management
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows in a remote environment
