Licensed Practical Nurse Triage
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Triage Nurse - Weekend Shift - PRN - Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough telephonic assessments with proprietary tools
- Identify and address patient concerns and acute clinical issues
- Provide telephonic education to patients and participate in team projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Active Compact/Multistate Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience
- Experience in telephonic triage is required
- Nursing license must be active and in good standing
