Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Support Specialist, Licensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete service forms and navigate business areas to fulfill tasks
• Identify and provide service solutions for members and field partners
• Support application preparations and perform data entry into advice tools

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; college degree is a plus
• 1 or more years of customer service experience
• In-depth experience with one or more financial products (Mutual Funds, Investments, Annuity, Life)
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer
• Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive/confidential information
