Licensed Pre-Approval Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Manager to oversee the loan process and assist borrowers in understanding their financial options.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist clients in understanding loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure the best program structure for borrowers

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
• 3-5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
