Licensed Pre-Approval Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Manager to oversee the loan process and assist borrowers in understanding financial programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by assisting borrowers with loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure the best program structure for borrowers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Prior underwriting experience is a plus
