Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation
Review and audit mortgage files to ensure loan stability and completeness
Manage a pipeline of various loan types and communicate loan programs and costs to borrowers

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
Prior underwriting experience is a plus
