Licensed Pre Approval Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Licensed Pre Approval Manager will assist Loan Officers and Processors, review complex income documentation, and provide training to staff while ensuring borrowers receive the best financial program.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist Loan Officers and Loan Processors with loan eligibility and lending guidelines
- Review and analyze income documentation for qualifying purposes
- Communicate with borrowers to explain loan programs, costs, and documentation requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Excellent math and analytics skills
