Licensed Pre-Approval Manager
Job Summary
Managing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time Licensed Pre-Approval Manager will serve as a liaison between internal and external clients, providing customer service and ensuring borrowers understand loan programs and documentation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding loan programs, costs, and documentation while managing a pipeline of various loan types
- Review and audit financial documentation to ensure loan stability and compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with borrowers regarding loan programs and costs, ensuring the best financial options are presented
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Prior underwriting experience is a plus
