Licensed Pre-Approval Manager
Job Summary
To support the loan process from start to finish, the full-time Licensed Pre-Approval Manager will oversee client communications, review documentation, and manage a diverse pipeline of mortgage products in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and related documentation
- Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability and compliance
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best financial program for borrowers based on their circumstances
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Prior underwriting experience is a plus
