Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Specialist to support the loan process for borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service by assisting clients in understanding loan programs and documentation
Review and audit loan documentation to ensure stability and compliance
Manage a pipeline of various loan products and pre-underwrite items to support loan approval

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
