Licensed Pre-Approval Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Specialist to assist borrowers throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by assisting borrowers with understanding loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit financial documentation to ensure loan stability and manage a pipeline of various loan types
• Communicate loan program details and costs with borrowers, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS is preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Experience with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
