Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Licensed Pre-Approval Specialist will manage the loan process from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring borrowers understand their financial options.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with borrowers to explain loan programs, costs, and documentation requirements
- Review and audit financial documentation to ensure loan stability and support approvals
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best program structure based on borrower circumstances
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Excellent analytical and math skills
