Licensed Pre-Approval Specialist
Job Summary
To support the loan process from start to finish, the full-time Licensed Pre-Approval Specialist will manage client communications, review mortgage documentation, and ensure borrowers receive the best financial program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation
- Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types and communicate loan programs and costs to borrowers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
