Job Summary

To support a portfolio of employer clients and brokers, the full-time Licensed Premier Account Executive will manage relationships, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and collaborate with internal teams to implement benefits strategies remotely or from various office locations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Present financial components of re-rates and provide premium and claim comparison analysis to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal partners to enhance customer experience
  • Develop and implement business strategies to retain and grow client accounts effectively
Required qualifications:
  • Active Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Proven experience servicing medium to large financial or health insurance accounts
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with internal business partners and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of underwriting concepts and risk analysis
