Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of Tier 1 Premier clients, the full-time Licensed Premier Client Advisor will be responsible for client account servicing, retention, and renewal marketing while working remotely or from designated locations in the Pacific Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement and follow-up on business transitions
- Provide technical expertise and account development support for new and existing clients, including conducting annual risk assessments and renewal meetings
- Manage all pre-renewal activities and ensure timely execution of policy renewals, including issuing proof of insurance and maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications:
- Up to 5 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
- High School Graduate; a college degree is preferred but not required
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Possession of an industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPRIA, or CPCU is preferred, or a commitment to pursue one
- Familiarity with Sagitta/WorkSmart is a plus, but not mandatory
