Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality primary care as part of a collaborative interprofessional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care within an interdisciplinary team and supervise Nurse Practitioners
• Drive innovation and process improvements in primary care services
• Lead weekly interdisciplinary rounds and advocate for primary care equity and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified Primary Care Physician with at least three years of clinical experience
• Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners or other healthcare professionals
• Prior experience running a clinic or clinical program is highly desired
• Proven ability to manage change and drive innovation in healthcare
• Experience serving diverse patient populations is a plus
