Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coverage and Coaching - Primary Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy at PHP/IOP level of care
• Assess patient progress and coordinate care with external providers
• Complete administrative documentation and participate in professional development activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's level clinician or psychologist with 2+ years of clinical experience
• Licenses or certifications: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LCPC preferred
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Previous experience with patients in crisis, ideally in PHP/IOP or inpatient settings
• Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states to support expansion
