Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of electrical design engineers across multiple offices to enhance project quality
• Review and stamp plans for electric distribution and gas projects, ensuring compliance with standards
• Conduct continual improvement initiatives based on client feedback to strengthen relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with a preference for power emphasis
• 8-12+ years of relevant utility/energy experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6-12 months
• Proven experience leading multi-office technical teams and delivering complex projects
• Experience mentoring engineers/designers and implementing QA/QC best practices
