Licensed Principal Engineer - MA, CT, NH

Job Summary

To support the expansion of its Infrastructure Practice, the remote Licensed Principal Engineer - MA, CT, NH will lead the growth of municipal infrastructure services, develop client relationships, and oversee project delivery while having the opportunity to establish a new office in the target market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of infrastructure services within the designated local market and execute strategic plans to expand client relationships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, identifying new project opportunities and managing proposal development
• Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to budget and schedule

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred in MA, CT, or NH
• Demonstrated success in developing new markets and securing municipal clients
• Strong record of mentoring and leading cross-discipline project teams
