Key Responsibilities

Advise on global privacy and data protection laws and regulations
Partner with product management and engineering teams to embed privacy considerations into product design and development
Monitor evolving privacy laws and support responses to data subject requests and regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the United States
Minimum 6-9 years of legal experience focused on privacy and data protection
Experience providing product counseling to technical teams
IAPP Certifications (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM) preferable
