Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product and Privacy Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary counsel for product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Advise on legal issues related to product development, data usage, privacy, security, and compliance
• Build scalable processes for product launch reviews and maintain legal frameworks for AI and data usage

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house privacy counsel at global SaaS organizations
• Strong experience advising technical product, SaaS, cloud, and security teams
• Working knowledge of privacy, data protection, and product compliance
• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
• Experience building scalable legal processes and frameworks
