Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic advice throughout the product development lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations in the fintech industry
• Review customer-facing communications for regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• J.D., LL.B., or equivalent degree
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in any state
• 7-10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in consumer financial services or fintech
• Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to financial services and technology
• Experience providing legal advice on product development
