Licensed Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to advise on product launching and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as product counsel to product teams on new feature development and launches
• Counsel stakeholders on emerging global laws and regulatory frameworks impacting digital content and platform governance
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Legal, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of legal experience, ideally with in-house technology company experience and/or top-tier law firm training
• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Demonstrated experience advising technology companies on product launches and feature rollouts
• Deep familiarity with regulatory compliance issues relating to digital content and online speech
• Experience supporting or interfacing with litigation teams is strongly preferred
