Job Summary

To support a globally active client, the part-time Licensed Product Regulatory Attorney will provide strategic legal guidance on product compliance across multiple markets, advising on evolving regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on product regulatory and safety matters related to heavy machinery and power equipment
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliant products are brought to market efficiently
• Monitoring and anticipating changes in governmental regulations and legal systems affecting product compliance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product regulatory matters within the manufacturing sector
• Licensed to practice law in the attorney's state of residence
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Working knowledge of product safety matters and product liability claims
• Ability to integrate quickly into existing workflows
